Jabeer Sherazy is a Senior System Development Coordinator working in the Center for Entrepreneurship Development (CED), Brac University. Jabeer ensures the data quality and is passionate about making data management more efficient and effective. One of his key strengths is creating simplicity where there was complexity. As a true professional he knows the real value and importance of having accurate information. Currently he is primarily responsible for ensuring the data quality and directing the movement of data across multiple systems and for securing it against organizational security breaches as well as formulating management techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data. He is also coordinating the system developments of various projects of the center.
He has excellent experience of over fifteen years in information technology. Prior to his role as a System Development Coordinator, he worked ten years as a Senior Assistant Director (MIS & KnM) in Institute for Inclusive Finance and Development (InM) responsible for Data Management, New Knowledge Dissemination, Creating and enforcing policies for effective data management. He has strong decision making, problem solving, analytical and project management skills.
Jabeer holds a MBA with concentrations in Management Information System from United International University (UIU), Dhaka, Bangladesh. He also studied BBA with concentrations in Management Information System at Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB), Dhaka.
